■How to serve: [How to prepare] (1)Put the arame in 10 times the amount water, and leave for 2-30 minutes (the arame will increase to 3 times in volume) (2)Rinse a few times when softened (3)Put it in a large colander and remove the water throughly (4)Cut the arame to preferred size
