This is made based on white miso which was carefully brewed at storehouse in Ashiya. White miso which is made with twice as much malted rice as soybeans is produced to bring its natural sweetness out with a little amount of salt. "Vinegared miso" has a refreshing flavored seasoning by adding white miso, rice vinegar, and mirin. It is delicious even as it is and also recommended to add mustard or plum to suit your preference. It is useful for various dishes.
